Anti-Bullying Services
Parent/Student Intake Consultations and Referral System
If you or your child are in the midst of a bullying dynamic, researching all of your legal options can be an additional stress during an already worrying time. Our goal at AntiBullyingAdvocates.com (ABA) is to guide you through each step of the process so you can get the justice that you deserve.
Your first step in addressing any bullying is to complete a parent/student intake consultation. An “intake” simply means the first meeting between a client and lawyer so the lawyer can learn more about the details of the case, what the client’s needs are, and evaluate how the firm can help.
What to Expect at the Intake Consultation:
During the initial consultation, Mr. Le Du will ask to hear your story and respond with questions regarding what bullying occurred, any injuries involved, and who was put on notice about the bullying dynamic. If you have any documentation or records, please feel free to bring those to the initial meeting.
What You Will Receive from the Intake Consultation:
Depending on the specifics of your initial consultation, ABA will provide:
- a better understand the bullying dynamic at play and whether your situation fits typical patterns
- some typical outcomes that occur if the bullying dynamic continues as status quo
- advice on whether or not you have legal redress
- some avenues of action you take now
- a referral to a firm that can litigate your case, depending on the nature of the facts presented
