Anti-Bullying Advocates
AntibullyingAdvocates.com is an online hub where parents, students, educators, administrators, attorneys, experts, advocates and anyone interested in ending the plague of bullying in our society and bringing about positive change in our communities could get informed, receive resources, and connect with others, such as litigators, advocates, experts, or others who have had similar experiences and help navigate the difficulties a family experiences in a bullying dynamic.
About Our Founder
Founder of AntiBullyingAdvocates.com, and licensed attorney, Jean-Paul Le Du is an experienced and passionate legal advocate for targets of school bullying.
As a former target of bullies in elementary school, and later as a professional teacher certified in New Jersey and New York, Le Du has first-hand experience and knowledge of anti-bullying school protocols, policy, and failings. After 15 years of in-class teaching experience, he began pursuing a law degree and developing his expertise in anti-bullying litigation and school policy. He graduated from CUNY Law School in 2016 and became a member of the New Jersey State Bar in 2017.
In 2017, Le Du successfully tried the Motta v. Eldred trial, which landed the plaintiffs with a million dollar verdict and created a groundswell of activism, litigation, and anti-bullying awareness throughout the state that continues today. Since the Motta case, he has successfully litigated dozens more bullying cases, in rural, suburban, and urban areas.
Le Du founded antibullyingadvocates.com in 2023 to create an online resource where parents, students, educators, administrators, attorneys, experts, and anyone interested in ending the plague of bullying in our society can find the services and help they deserve.
He currently lives in Westchester County, NY and Puerto Rico, serves as the Chairman of the Board of a nonprofit alternative school and continues to litigate on behalf of bullying targets.
